Really." I loved this post! It's a hard learned lesson that I believe only comes with age and experience. My daughter is still at that conspiracy age, thankfully less so than when she was in high school. In HS she was ALL about what people thought of her, what looks they gave, who was invited or not. We told her, "you might be disappointed to realize how little people think of you" meaning, they're not really spending time thinking about how this affects you, how you will react.
